While she is just finishing the limoges performances of Mozart's Magic Flute, with a last show this Saturday, November 11 at 15h, mezzo soprano Eva Zaïcik starts on November 16 the 2017/2018 tour of the 8th "Jardin des Voix" -William Christie, which will take her from the stage of the Théâtre Graslin in Nantes to the Tchaikovski Concert Hall in Moscow, through Caen, Madrid, Zaragossa or Paris, before joining London in June 2018.
Named "Lyrical Revelation" of the ADAMI 2016, at the same time that she brilliantly gratuated with a Master of singing at the CNSMD in Paris, the young mezzo-soprano is very early noticed for the golden tone and the lenght of her voice, as well as her stage presence; amongst other things, she was offered the title role of Purcell's Dido and Aeneas last season at the Opéra de Rouen and at the Opera Royal in Versailles.
This season 2017/2018, we hear again Eva Zaïcik as the 3rd Lady of Mozart's Magic Flute alongside Talens Lyriques and Christophe Rousset, first at the Opera de Limoges and the Théâtre de Caen, then as Proserpine (Charpentier's La Descente d'Orphée aux enfers), Dido (Purcell's Dido and Aeneas) and Juno (Charpentier's Actéon) on a European tour.
She also joins Vincent Dumestre's Poème Harmonique for Couperin's Leçons de Ténèbres at Versailles, as Lybie in Lully's Phaéton at the Perm Opera house and at the Opera Royal de Versailles, as Maddalena in Draghi's Il Terremotto in Ambronay and Rouen, and on a Mexican tour with the "Au Cour du Monde" program.
Alongside Justin Taylor and his Consort, she gives recitals around several baroque programs including one of French Cantatas, which will be recorded on the Alpha label.
