Young mezzo Eva Zaïcik has been called in last minute to replace Mireille Delunsch and perform as Dido in Purcell's opera Dido & Aeneas.
Under Vincent Dumestre's baton, and accompanied by the Poème Harmonique, Eva Zaïcik was warmly welcome by the audience in a performance full of wonder and magic.
After Rouen, all artists travel to Versailles for four performances on November 19th and 20th.
