After the creation of the show last June at the Opéra Comique - a theatre of which he has been a member of the Nouvelle troupe Favart since 2018, after having participated in 2013 in the first Académie de l'Opéra Comique-, François Rougier will take over the role of Hector de Boispréau (Offenbach's Madame Favart) at the Opéra de Limoges, still under the direction of Anne Kessler, Member of the Comédie-Française.
Among his projects for the 2019/2020 season are: Voi[e.x.s] Chapelle Charbon #2 in situ performance with MPDA - Alexandra Lacroix, Piquillo (Offenbach's La Périchole) and Bach's Johannes Passion on tour with the Musiciens du Louvre, Hector de Boispréau (Madame Favart) at the Caen Theatre, L'Inondation by Filidei et Pommerat at the Nantes Opera House and the Rennes Opera House, and Mozart's Requiem with the Orchestre Symphonique de Mulhouse.
