In Beaune, a summer in music

Plusieurs beaux concerts nous attendent dans le cadre du Festival d'Opéra baroque et Romantique de Beaune cette année faisant la part belle à plusieurs artistes.

Beautiful music will  suffuse in the evening air of  the  Festival d'Opéra baroque et Romantique de Beaune, giving some beautiful parts to our artists . 

Tenor Emiliano Gonzalez Toro will be Admète and Apollo in sAlceste (J-B Lully) alongside, among others, Judith Van Wanroij (title role). In the Cour des Hospices, Chrtisophe Rousset will conduct his orchestra, Les Talens Lyriques, on July 14th at 9pm.

On July 21st,  Thibault Noally, new  nominated conductor in residence, will be at the head of Les Accents for a production of  Mitridate  (A.  Scarlatti). After his  tragical destiny as King Thésée in Phèdre  by Lemoyne,  baryton Thomas Dolié  comes back from Berlin (last performance of Zoroastre by Rameau on July 14th) to play Farnace  in this concert. 

To close the 3rd festival week on July 23rd: under Jeremie Rohrer's baton, mezzo - soprano Catherine Trottmann will find again a character she just left in Opéra de Lausannce : Zerlina in Don Giovanni  (Mozart).
