François Rougier sings in La Perichole and L'Inondation

From Versailles to Nantes and Rennes !

In the coming weeks, François Rougier will be successively in Versailles, Rennes and Nantes!

After a first performance (concert version) in Grenoble, François Rougier will return to Piquillo's role (J. Offenbach's La Périchole) at the Opera Royal de Versailles with the ensemble Les Musiciens du Louvre (directed by Marc Minkowski).

After the end-of-year celebrations, we could hear him in Rennes and Nantes in the role of The Neighbor in L'inondation (The Flood) composed by F. Filidei, an opera which has been created on last September at the Opera Comique in Paris, staging by Joël Pommerat. At the Opera de Nantes and the Opéra de Rennes, the Orchestre Symphonique de Bretagne will be under the baton of Grant Llewellyn.

Among François Rougier's projects for the 2019/2020 season are: Voi[e.x.s] Chapelle Charbon #2 in situ performance with Cie MPDA - Alexandra Lacroix, Bach's Johannes Passion on tour with Les Musiciens du Louvre, Hector de Boispréau (Madame Favart) at the Limoges Opera House and then at the Caen Theatre, Mozart's Requiem with the Orchestre Symphonique de Mulhouse.
