Eva Zaïcik and Dominique Visse celebrate Easter

From April 10th to 17th will take place in Krakow (Poland) the Festival Misteria Paschalia. French conductor Vincent Dumestre has been invited to suggest the whole programmation. A great occasion to invite artists and ensemble around the Easter theme. 

To open the festival on April 10th , the Selva Morale e Spirituale by C. Monteverdi, with, among others young mezzo Eva Zaïcik (see photo) accompanied by the Poème Harmonique. 

Il Terremoto (by A. Draghi) talks about a incident that hasn't been much developed by the Evangiles : An earthquake just at the moment Jesus died. On April 12th the audience will discover a singular masterpiece, staged by Benjamin Lazar, where counter-tenor Dominique Visse will be the Scrib's voice to narrate this story. 

On this same day, Justin Taylor (Harpsichord), the Taylor consort, the Ensemble Athenaïs will accompany va Zaïcik in a program built around the Leçons de Ténèbres (by J-B Gouffet).
