Orfeo, composed by Luigi Rossi, is the first opera played in France, in 1647 in Palais Royal's theater. It tells Orfeo and Eurydice's myth, Ariadne's thread in Opera national de Lorraine, after nice production of Orphée aux Enfers (by Offenbach) last month.
Marc Mauillon will be Momo and Dominique Visse is Vecchia, under Raphaël Pichon's baton.
Marc Mauillon will then be with ensemble Hespérion XXI and Jordi Savall in Els Viatges d'Ibn Battuta in Paris Philharmonie.
During 2015-2016 season, Marc Mauillon will, with great, pleasure hold title role of Pelléas et Mélisande (Debussy) in Malmö (Sweden). He works also with several Ensembles (Arpeggiata, Les Cris de Paris, Pygmalion...). Four recordings are also announced.
Dominique Visse will be Rigo in Don
Chisciotte in Sierra Morena (Conti) in Vienna, Paris and Köln. He also collaborates with Brice Pauset and Ensemble Lucilin for a creation project
