A multi-faceted musician, member of the Ebène String Quartet since 2002, composer, Raphaël Merlin is also a conductor and joins our artists as such.
Founding leader of the ensemble "Les Forces Majeures", he quickly led his orchestra to a recognition both public and critical, notably through his recording "Rossini", performed alongside the mezzo soprano Karine Deshayes or even in concerts with artists such as Nicholas Angelich, Sayaka Shoji, Sarah Nemtanu, Inva Mula, Florian Sempey and Amel Brahim-Djelloul.
His artistic career has led him to perform at major international venues, including the Berlin Philharmony, London's Wigmore Hall, the Vienna Konzerthaus, the Library of Congress in Washington, New York's Carnegie Hall, or the Philharmonie and Théâtres du Châtelet and Champs-Elysées in Paris, recording exclusively for Erato/Warner with his Quartet.
We are very pleased to welcome this wonderful artist to our agency!
