Is there a more beautiful way to start our newsletter than some Schubert notes interpreted by Thomas Dolié, an ode to music : An die Musik ?
On February 17th, some of the most beautiful Lieders writing for baritone, including the cycle Schwanengesang, will be performed by Thomas Dolié. He will be accompanied on the piano by Olivier Gaudin at the Musée des Beaux Arts de Montréal.
His stage presence allows him to performe different roles : Ramiro in L'Heure Espagnole by Ravel at Anger Nantes Opéra, the Count in Le Nozze di Figaro by Mozart with the « Coopérative Opéra », on tour throughout France, Persée by Lully with the Spiritual Concert at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, the Fauré's Requiem in Cologne conducted by François-Xavier Roth and finally the Carnival of Venice by Campra with the Collegium Marianum in Prague.
