From September 7th until October 8th, Florian Sempey is Momus in Platée (Rameau) at the Palais Garnier, with Les Musiciens du Louvre-Grenoble and conducted by Marc Minkowski. Comedy composed in1745, the ugly nymph Platée is laughed, convinced to be a great beauty and persuaded she has a real seduction power, even on the god Jupiter.
On Septembre 12th, Isabelle Druet, with the pianist Georges Pludermacher, sings Nuits d'Eté, composed by Hector Berlioz, during the Sceaux chamber music festival. It is a perfect program as the festival theme is "Saint-Petersburg's white nights" ; Berlioz had many contacts with Russia and many russians musiciians was admirated the french romantic composer.
